Preheat oven to 350 degrees, or turn on doughnut maker
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients
In a small bowl, combine milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Wisk until thoroughly mixed
Gently fold wet ingredients into dry mixture until just combined
Fill piping bag or resealable sandwich bag with batter and pipe into doughnut machine or doughnut pan filling ¾ full
Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown
When cool enough to handle, dip mini doughnut in butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat
Enjoy! Obviously these are best served warm, but will stay fresh for 24-48 hours if stored tightly (I can not speak to this as they didn't last more than 12 hours at my house!)
