NESQUIK Puffed Wheat Squares

  • ½ cup salted butter
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup NESQUIK chocolate powder
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 cups of puffed wheat
  1. In a large pot, combine butter, corn syrup, sugars and NESQUIK chocolate powder. Bring to a boil and stir continuously for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
  2. Add 1½ cups of mini marshmallows and vanilla and stir until marshmallows are completely melted.
  3. Add puffed wheat and remaining ½ cup of mini marshmallows and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour puffed wheat mixture into greased 9x13 pan and press down until firm.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
