Pan fry onion, celery, garlic and butter until translucent
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until combined
Spoon mixture into personal sized ramekins
Top with puff pastry square large enough to cover top of ramekin
Bake until tops of puff pastry are golden brown and puffy (aprox. 10 minutes)
Notes
I spiced the pot pies up with a italian seasoning, smoked paprika, seasoning salt, and pepper, however feel free to use whatever seasonings you like. Chicken or salmon can also be substituted for the turkey.
