ACKKKKKKK!!! Today’s lunch is creepy, creepy, creepy! I wasn’t kidding when I said I love Halloween! Hope my kids aren’t too scared of the food to eat it! Today’s lunch was a lot of fun to make, and really really simple! I used my new Cutezcute Animal Friends Food Deco Cutter and Stamp Kit, which is really cool! It is very easy to use and very versatile!
I still haven’t picked out Halloween costumes for the kids… We made a Value Village trip last night that didn’t result in anything other than each kid saying they wanted to be each different costume that they saw… I should have known better than to take them with me. Also, the new VV by me had a surprisingly limited variety of costumes. Off to the costume store today for me. I really hope I’m not the only one who hasn’t tackled costumes yet!
Today’s lunch consists of a SunButter and Jelly franken-sammie with nori accents and Wilton icing eyes, the bat is also the same sammie, a skull shaped Quail egg shaped in a halloween icecube tray, leftover pasta, triscuits, a babybel “moon” cheese, crackers, and a half apple with Wilton candy eyes, and play teeth!
Fun fun fun!

Hos do you get all the bits and pieces to stay where they’re supposed to? Doesn’t it all end up a mess by the time the child opens the box at lunchtime? I’m new to bento boxes and I haven’t figured out how to make everything stay put!!!!
