With life being so chaotic and crazy busy right now, I’ve been doing a lot of Big Batch Cooking with Canadian Ground Beef. Tuesday was Taco Tuesday, and Wednesday I made a beefy pasta, which means today is a leftover lunch day! It’s a good thing my kids love beef!
This lunch took virtually no time to make and is super cute (in my opinion). I simply cut a circle of Dempsters THINS bread and arranged the leftover beefy pasta to look like hair, added two candy eyes and a half slice of strawberry and voila! Cute little girly bento! If I wasn’t running late for my bus I would have added a cheese or carrot hair bow, but alas, she remains accessory free for today’s lunch!
