Happy Valentines Day! Probably one of my least favorite “days” but it’s hard not to give into the cuteness of all the heart shaped bento tools that I have in my stash. I much prefer to focus on CHD (Congenital Heart Defect) week, or the bigger Heart Month that is now my February. If you’re new here you may not know that my beautiful little girl had a life saving open heart surgery at 3 months old. So there’s a special place in my heart for… well… hearts!
Today’s bento lunch is on heart overload! Sun Butter and jelly heart shaped cut out sammie with heart shaped carrots, heart shaped cocktail weenies, heart shaped strawberries, heart shaped egg, babybel cheese, pomegranate seeds, and apple slices.
The Children’s Heart Network is a charity that is very near and dear to my heart. We are selling silver heart necklaces to raise funds in support of our organization. If you’re interested, please click on the picture to purchase your very own for only $20! They’re simple yet stunning and I wear mine almost every day!

So cute! I did something similar for my girls’ lunches for Valentine’s day. I am always looking for creative ways to pack lunches. Thanks for sharing!

That’s actually really cute! Especially the sandwich! I haven’t seen that kind of thing before. Well, I have seen strawberries cut that way, but never carrots or sandwiches. Really cool!
