CHOO!! CHOO!! The breakfast train is pullin’ on in for today’s lunch! I’ve mentioned before how much my kids love breakfast, and I’ve been wanting to use this silicone pancake/egg mold for a while and luck would have it, today is T day! This mold is really a cool little tool. You just throw it down in your pan pour your desired contents inside, today we went with scrambled eggs because I was too lazy to make pancakces with a SunButter Sammie underneath. The mold is silicone so wont burn in your pan, and once the first side of whatever you’re cooking is done, just flip the entire thing and let cook for a few more seconds and the mold will peel right off! Awesome, no?! Also in this lunch is a tube yogurt, sliced grapes in a silicone cup, triscuit crackers, and some of our fave Presidents Choice letter pretzels. Delish!

I didn’t realize you could put silicon molds right down in your pan! Neat new thing I learned. Did the eggs on top make the bread soggy? Overall very cute idea. I love checking in with your blog. 🙂
Happy Packing!
