I can’t believe we’re at V already! Let me tell you. I seriously underestimated the alphabet on this one, and very nearly bit off more than I could chew (pardon the pun)! When I thought up the idea to do a letter of the alphabet each day of the week beginning at the start of the school year I thought this was going to be a walk in the park. A is for Apple, B is for Ball, C is for cat, D is for Dog… And so on.
Easy right?
Well, that is of course true until you get down to the goofy letters like Q, V, W, and some other random ones. The problem here is that everyone forgets about those letters at the tail end of the alphabet, and I can personally attest to this being as I spent the majority of my life with a last name that began with the letter W. I was so happy when I learned that Mr.MoreThanYourAverageMom’s last name started with a K!
Anyone else with a late letter surname will know exactly the plight that I faced as a child.
Always last in the morning role call. I so looked forward to those days when the teacher would mix it up and take attendance from the bottom of the list first!
Anyways, the alphabet sure humbled me here!
So, without further ado… Today’s alphabet is brought to you by the wonderful letter V. V is for V. I thought about doing purple or violet foods, but that left little in the lunchbox, I thought about animals, but no one wants a vulture in their lunchbox! So here we have it, a cheese V cutout, aVacado, oliVes, and some other non V foods (a ham mini sammie, Presidents Choice Penguin crackers, quinoa, marble cake, plums, and Chobani! All packed in our Goodbyn Bynto.
Things I used to make this lunch:
Enjoy!
