Nathan keeps telling me that he want’s a cute fun lunch… Interesting… I thought all the lunches I’ve been making have been cute and fun!
Geez.
4 year olds have high standards these days I guess!
I hope that today’s lunch meets the high expectations of my discerning preschoolers! I’m not sure that the kids know what a xylophone is though… Do xylophones even exist anymore, or do music teachers just download a xylophone app on the class ipad nowadays?
Regardless, X is for xylophone and I love it!
Today’s lunch consists of a ham and cheese sammie cut into xylophone keys and colored with icing colors and teeny nori circle accents, drum sticks made of uncooked spaghetti with marshmallows on the ends, plums, raisins, mini chocolate chip cookies, spinach dip and pita chips, chobani (not pictured) Mmmmmm!

Enjoy!

For what it’s worth I think your lunches are cute. The xylophone is above and beyond. 🙂

Thanks! I’m apparently not all that awesome as my son told me today that tomorrow he want’s a super cute lunch that’s more awesome than a xylophone!
