Today’s lunch is brought to you by the letter G… And Mr.MoreThanYourAverageMom! I was not even a little bit excited for G day in our thematic alphabet unit… Goose, Goat, Giraffe? None of these were very bento friendly in my opinion. Enter Mr.MoreThanYourAverageMom! His swift suggestion of doing a green lunch turned the lightbulb on, especially timely as I just so happened to have leftover spinach and mushroom pizza, mmmm!
Not only is today’s lunch green in color, it’s green in eco-friendliness as well! Packed in our favorite reusable and eco-friendly LunchBot Trio (the second bento is packed in a LunchBot Uno complete with Green lid!), this lunch features pickles, snap peas, spinach and mushroom pizza, green veggie pasta, pear, green grapes. Delish no?!
