Well, it was another great mail day today, and timely too! I was very excited crack open my Zulily package to find my new, super cute LunchBots stainless steel lunch containers. It was hard to pick the boxes I wanted, so I decided to get two different ones. The green lid container is the Green Eco Large Lunch Container which measures 7″ x 5.5″ x 2″ and has a 33 fl. oz./1 L capacity. This container has no interior dividers so can easily accomodate bigger portions. The other box I decided on was the Stainless Trio Divided Lunch Container. This container has three divisions within, two of equal size, and one long narrow spot. This container is a little smaller measuring 6″ x 5″ x 1.75″ with a capacity of 20 fl. oz./600 ml. It’s a little smaller than the green container, but with good packing I’m sure it’ll still fit a good amount of food!
I’m really excited to put these bad boys into action! I’ll have to come up with a little naming system so the kids know which box is theirs. I mentioned earlier that the delivery of these was timely, well that’s because we have 2 – 12 year old International Students coming to live with us for three weeks starting tomorrow! I’m very excited! They’re from Hong Kong so while I’m somewhat nervous on what I should pack for their lunches I’m really looking forward to benoting with them too. I’ll now be preparing 4 kids lunches, plus my own each night! Yikes!! Now, I will need to figure out what and how much 12 year old girls from Hong Kong will eat! Please leave me a comment if you have any tips/ideas for me!
Thanks! And I’ll be doing a full review of my new LunchBots once I get a chance to put them into action! 🙂
Enjoy!
