Ahoy! Today we are going Yachting in our new Easy Lunch Boxes! **SQUEEEE** I won these ELB’s in a blog contest a while ago, and was finally able to pick them up yesterday. The kids had a blast picking which color they wanted (all the bases are the same, but the lids come in burgandy, green, blue, and orange) We also got an olive colored thermal bag which was very timely as our other lunch bag is on it’s last legs!
Must say, so far I loooove the ELB’s and can’t believe I didn’t convert earlier!
Today’s lunch consists of a SunButter and Jelly bagel yacht complete with heart pick mast and cheese sails, manning the ship is a Presidents Choice penguin cracker (with more below deck!) Under the bagel-wich is leftover mac and cheese and some raisins. The side compartments contain sliced apples, and Chobani Yogurt in our ELB mini dippers! Delish! If you look closely you can see that I wrote “s.s. Nathan”, and “s.s. Madison” on the bagel yachts!
Hope they love them!

Believe it or not, this is the first time I’ve ever used a bagel in a bento! Crazy me! Will definitely be using again!
