In 2005, I entered the wonderful world of home ownership. Then, in 2012 our family of four had outgrown our little 900 square foot 3 bedroom rancher, and I entered the wonderful world of owning two homes and being a landlord.

I think what you have planned is good but instead of using any tool, You can go for hiring professionals as they can do the things more efficiently.
Oh goodness, I never seem to quite finish. Our kitchen woodwork never got that last coat of varnish for example. I really like your new pillows. Great fabric choices!
